C.A.P.E. is a non-profit organization for physically or mentally challenged persons that want to play in a sport or activity.  No longer are they expected to sit on the sidelines and watch their brother, sister, or family member.  With CAPE, they can participate!  In many cases, leagues are set up where family members can participate as well!  Special needs are included, not excluded from reaching their goals.  Trophies, uniforms, and field trips are planned to allow them the same opportunities as any other sports and activity organization.  The tools to increase their self esteem and enhance their social skills are only part of what CAPE offers.  CAPE games are non-competitive fun with positive reinforcement.  It is their right to be equal.  It is their chance to play.  It is time for their opportunity.
